  3. Permanent preservation of files, identification and transfer of expired files.

  4. Handling confidential file management.

  5. Archival repository management, including fire protection, access control, surveillance, etc.

  6. Handling budget planning, procurement, and archives management, and verification.

  7. Website management.

  8. Supervising student workers.

  9. Consolidating the annual budget for the entire division and compiling work reports.

  10. Assisting in reviewing and destroying accounting vouchers.

  11. Handling other temporary assignments.
