Responsible for document management, including handling official document reception and dispatch; document creation, formatting, sealing, mailing, electronic document exchange, and monitoring of follow-ups; overseeing file management including document receipt, filing, indexing, scanning, archiving, inventory checks, retrieval, application; managing official seals for various documents such as appointment letters, certificates, contracts, forms, and official document printing requests; managing mail, including sorting, registering, and handling returns for both local and international mail and parcels in English and Chinese.
