(2)    Planning and increasing the floor area of school buildings and enriching hardware and software facilities.
(3)    Creating a sustainable green campus and constructing a safe and high-quality teaching and learning environment.
(4)    Providing cozy and high-quality administrative services and promoting campus culture.

Job Description
(1)    Increasing and revitalizing the building space in campus to provide sufficient space for classroom and office.
(2)    Enhancing the space management of existing space, such as old buildings, and vacant space.
(3)    Enhancing school’s safety to provide a safe, barrier-free, and sustainable campus for teachers and students.
(4)    Providing good accommodation and cafeteria for teachers and students. 
(5)    Promoting campus greening, beautification, tree protection and landscape planning to create an elegant environment.
(6)    Promoting energy conservation and carbon reduction, and implementing environmental protection, safety and hygiene improvement.
(7)    Upgrading e-learning equipment in classrooms to assist teaching and improving learning effectiveness.
(8)    Regularly inspection and replacement for old equipment to maintain the usability of various equipment.
(9)    Providing prompt repair service with caring attitude.
(10)    Handling project, labor service, and property procurement affairs for the school budget.
(11)    In charge of labor insurance, national health insurance, and labor retirement fund for all in-service staff and student workers.
(12)    Supervising engineers, technicians, workers, administrative workers, and temporary workers.
(13)    Handling tasks related to payroll, hourly wages compilation for payment requests, collection of payment, and issuance of certificate of withholding income tax.
(14)    Promoting online document approval system and completing files management.
