  4. School land development and urban renewal project.

  5. Handling property disputes, including unauthorized occupancy of school premises.

  6. School property insurance procedures.

  7. Handling other temporary assignments.

  1. Processing official documents related to movable property.

  2. Handling the school annual inventory affairs.

  3. Handling affairs related to property theft, loss, donations, allocations, and transfers.

  4. Monthly recording of asset depreciation, reconciliation with the accounting office, and preparation of relevant reports.

  5. Regularly submitting various reports such as monthly, quarterly, and annual property reports to the Ministry of Education.

  6. Assisting in tasks related to real estate.

  7. Management of research rooms, and organize space meetings, and handling related tasks.

  8. Handling other temporary assignments.

  1. Reviewing cases of property, non-consumable and consumables items’ procurement in school.

  2. Establishing records for non-consumable items and compiling monthly reports.

  3. School consumable items procurement, distribution, and creating monthly record and report.

  4. Inventory management of consumable items and clean up storage rooms.

  5. Waste recycling and sales.

  6. Assisting teachers and Ph.D. student with rental of graduation gowns.

  7. Handling the borrowing and returning of items. (Tea urns, water containers, trash bins, etc.)

  8. Handling other temporary assignments.

  1. Assisting in school asset inventory check.

  2. Assisting in system filing, auditing, and binding reports of property increase, property movement and scrap.

  3. Assisting in regular inspections of mosquito breeding environments in old building.

  4. Handling availability of external organization’s property official document and announcement.

  5. Supporting the General Affairs Office in document receipt and dispatch.

  6. Handling other temporary assignments.
