About Us

The Office of General Affairs was founded in 1895 during the inception of the university. It not only provides a wide range of services in accordance with guidelines for university development, budgetary planning from general services and management, cashier service, property management, construction and maintenance service to procurement services, but also in charge of campus improvement projects and security management.

The office is headed by Dean of General Affairs who supervises general services provided across the campus. The office is composed of 6 divisions, general service and procurement, cashier, property management, construction and maintenance, documentation, and environmental security.
